Phase 1: Foundation (May – July 2025)

Objective: Lay the groundwork for the Aegis platform with a live product, backend systems, and initial traction.

• Launch v1 of Sensei (Completed): Sensei is the first functional AI agent on the Aegis platform—an intelligent guide that sends users daily actionable advice on making money, improving discipline, and discovering new side hustles. Early traction from this agent provides live proof of value and community feedback loops.

• Build Core Subscription Stack: The SaaS backbone of Aegis will be finalized, including payment integration, plan tiers (Starter, Pro, Agency), user access permissions, and agent delivery infrastructure.

• Enable Advanced Web + Task Completion Integrations: Web actions like scraping, replying, or updating content will be built into select agents to increase their real-world utility—bridging LLM intelligence with execution ability.

• Recruit and Onboard Early Creators: We’ll begin outreach to the first wave of agent builders, offering documentation, SDKs, agent templates, and incentives to list their agents on the marketplace early.

• Launch Public Marketplace: The base marketplace will go live with a selection of 3–5 initial agents (including Sensei) and basic skin trading and browsing capability.
