Phase 3: Expansion & Scaling (Q4 2025)

Objective: Refine product loops, scale creator onboarding, and open up the protocol to third-party ecosystems.

  • Creator Leaderboard + Ranking Algorithm: A transparent ranking system will track creator performance based on sales, engagement, reviews, and XP. Leaderboards unlock bonuses, visibility, and token incentives.

  • Agency / Reseller Mode: Agencies can white-label agents for clients, deploy them at scale, and bill via the Aegis dashboard. This unlocks B2B monetization.

  • Launchpad for Verified Agent Drops: A curated drop model for verified creators (similar to OpenSea or Magic Eden drops). These will include exclusive agents, pre-sale access, and premium skin bundles.

  • Global Expansion Initiatives: Targeted expansion campaigns in LATAM, Southeast Asia, and Africa—offering local-language agents, creator onboarding incentives, and region-specific use cases (e.g. AI for WhatsApp businesses).
